Moving Along
I'm still in print production, so 2K may experience another week of downtime. I posted the chapter 3 cover, so enjoy that. Also, now is a good time to introduce the new 2K update schedule. Starting after the Print Production break, 2K will update every Friday. This gives me the whole week to do pages as well as give the reader more things to read at every update. I've decided to do a combination of digital and traditional drawing for each page and so far the combo is working quite well; I was able to draw four pages in one afternoon with this method. I hope to get through chapter 3 in a fraction of the time it took for 1 and 2. *bows*

Funderful
I finished the final two pages of chapter 2, so please go enjoy those. Also, the cover won't be done this week, but it will be uploaded sometime during the Print Production Break. I'm hoping that the break will be no more than a week, but we'll see. When 2K updates resume, there will be a new "Batch Update" schedule to be implemented. More on that later. March 11 2008:
Slow Moving Traffic Keep Left
GRRR. This week is shot for updates. Not only am I not getting a handle on digital drawing as quickly as I'd like, people are flying in this week and will be spending a few days at my house. The good news is, I'm only two pages away from the end of Chapter 2. The Bad new is, after chapter 2 is done, there is a lot of work that has to be put into pre-print proofing. There are frames that need tweaking, dialoge that needs tightening, and worst of all, tones that need to be retoned due to being maized when printed (example: Apollo's hair!). I hope to post the last two pages of chapter 2 next Tuesday and at least the cover for Chapter 3 next Thursday. Please bear with me. *bows*

Pixelated Goodness
Page 32 of chapter 2 is the first page that was completely drawn and inked digitally. Going is still a little slow, but I'm confident that I can keep up with the pages. I just need a few more days to get used to drawing this way. *bows*

Speedlines
Here is the next page as promised. I am trying to speed up my drawing and toning abilities and after Chapter 2, I will be completely changing my 2K creation process from regular pen and paper to digital skeching and inking. My goal is to cut down on as much time so that I can get a whole Chapter of 2K out every two weeks. Seeing as it's taken me about four months to finish this chapter, I don't have delusions of speeding up overnight, but it is something to shoot for.

Sick
That's right. I'm sick. I've been trying to gloss over it for the past week, trying to convince myself that I could still get this week's pages toned this weekend. But even as I type, I feel like passing out from weariness, headache, and nausea. Ugh. I'm taking this week off. I'll do an author post in the forums for last thursday's page as well as resume regular updates next week.

Okay, first off the Forum should work now. I switched providers so I had to erase the last Forum, meaning all previous posts were lost. It was a hassle but at least this current host is working out nicely.

Looks Like a Winner
Another new site! After struggling with header images and going through three different site designs, I believe 2K has found its semi-permenant layout. I always did like tastefully simple designs and I think I've finally achieved. The Extras, About, and Links pages are undergoing revisions and the Cast page is still incomplete. Please bear with me on that. I'm in the middle of scanning and toning pages so updates and the shedule change probably won't be happening for a few days. Until then, come join me in the forum. *bows*

Unearthed Territories
I didn't actually expect to have no updates for the December month but that's how it's looking. I can't get to my main computer (where all the toning and lettering is done) and I'm also scrambling to get my house ready for the holidays and emptying out my garage that is stacked to the ceiling with boxes. I'm still hoping to get chapter 2 done by New Years; I'll just cross my fingers and hope for the best with that. *bows*

Acceptable Losses
Despite the holiday, and my manditory slave-labor, I was able to get a few pages cranked out. Near at the halfway point of Chapter two, so I don't feel TOO bad about progress. As soon as the holidays are over I'll be switching 2K over to a weekly update schedule so watch out for that. Pluggin' Away
I am not happy with myself right now. This month has beaten the crap out of me and now it's mid November and I only have six pages to show for it. *sigh* Looks like Chapter 2 won't be finished until December. But who knows? I could pull out a miracle.
